This is my favorite lunch special at Parrain’s. Only on Tuesdays and always in competition with half-price half-shell oysters but every six weeks or so I’ve got to stop by and have this dish. The sauce is both rich and light at the same time, as if that’s even possible, and every component is always cooked to perfection. Great lunch, every time I’ve had it.
